How long does the battery last?

The rechargeable lithium battery lasts 6+ months on typical use (a few door opens per day). When it's time to recharge, just plug in the included USB-C cable.

Is it waterproof?

RideGlow is rated IP65 water-resistant, meaning it handles rain, snow, and normal outdoor conditions without issue.

Can I customize the design?

Yes! You can upload your own logo, initials, business name, or custom graphic. Custom orders typically take about a week to process.

How many do I need?

The 2-pack (both front doors) is our most popular option. The 3-pack adds a rear door for extra coverage. A single 1-pack works great for the driver's side only.
